Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with Emergency Nursing or Acute Care certification.
• Minimum of 4 years of leadership roles/responsibilities within the last three years.
• Minimum of 4 years recent clinical nursing experience in an ED or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical functions related to patient care and nursing standards.
• Coordinate patient care activities by directing staff and unit operations.
• Provide break relief coverage and resolve issues/conflicts on the shift.
• Serve as a role model and clinical resource to staff and patients.
