Qualifications

• Current California RN license.
• NALS within 6 months of hire.
• Progressive professional nursing experience with leadership competency.
• Knowledge of emergency nursing practice, patient safety, quality improvement, staffing, performance management, and regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) standards and California Title 22 requirements applicable to Emergency Department operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, operational, and administrative leadership of the Emergency Department.
