Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to perform ADLs and basic clinical tasks under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic care.
• Support nursing staff with routine procedures and activities.
• Monitor patient status, vital signs, and report changes to RN.
• Document care activities in the medical record per policy.
• Assist with transportation, meals, and mobility support.
• Apply and remove simple dressings as directed by RN and physician.
