Alford Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Coordinator to support mitigation operations through job coordination, scheduling, and customer communication.

You will serve as the central contact among field technicians, customers, insurance reps, and internal teams to ensure timely initiation, documentation, and progression of mitigation projects. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years administrative, dispatch, or coordination experience in restoration (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch & Scheduling: Receive and prioritize emergency calls, schedule crews, manage on-call rotations, monitor progress.
• Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as primary contact for customers, provide updates, coordinate with insurance adjusters and managers.
• Job File Management & Documentation: Create and maintain job files in company systems, collect work authorizations, photos, moisture logs, and progress notes.
• Operational Support: Coordinate equipment needs, track milestones, monitor costs, and assist field teams with admin tasks.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: Follow IICRC standards and company policies, maintain confidentiality, support audits and QA.
