Job summary

Advocate Health in High Point, NC seeks a full-time residency program administrator to manage daily operations of a Medical Center residency program and support the program director.

You will coordinate recruitment, orientation, and graduation processes, ensure ACGME compliance, and maintain records for accreditation, budget, and HR activities across residents and fellows. This in-person role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with one year experience in the field or related area; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of a Medical Center residency program. Serves as liaison for program trainees and ongoing activities.
• Provides administrative support to program director and residents including program policies and procedures.
• Understands ACGME requirements and analyzes possible changes.
• Coordinates completion of PIF for ACGME site review and GME program review; maintains accreditation records.
• Coordinates recruitment, orientation, and graduation processes in the residency/fellowship program; handles ERAS and NRMP/San Francisco Match submissions.
• May conduct resident orientations and oversee resident rotation schedules.
• Develops and maintains current resident/alumni educational records.
• Conducts annual compliance training and evaluates residency performance as required by ACGME.
• Coordinates HR activities including promotions, verifications, vacations, leaves; initiates contracts for residents.
• Schedules and participates in educational conferences and committee meetings.
• Monitors and reconciles residency program budget.
• Serves as contact for planning committees.
