Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive calls involving illness, injury, and medical emergencies.
• Confirm patient location, callback number, and access details.
• Ask approved questions about patient condition.
• Determine response priority through dispatch system.
• Coordinate ambulance resources when assigned.
• Provide protocol-based instructions.
• Relay information to responders and document call processing.
• Participate in quality-review activities.
