Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, Logistics, or a closely related field.
• Two years of experience in emergency management, logistics, procurement, or a related field.
• Experience with resource tracking, inventory management, vendor coordination, or emergency logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate extensively with City departments, regional mutual aid partners, vendors, contractors, and volunteers on logistics matters.
• Maintain inventories and resource tracking for emergency supplies and equipment.
• Serve as logistics lead in EOC activations and coordinate resource support in incident operations.
• Develop and implement procurement workflows, vendor relations, and emergency purchasing procedures.
