New York City Emergency Management (NYCEM) seeks a Stockpile Program Manager to sustain, deploy, and advance the City's Emergency Supply Stockpile (ESS) program. The role covers planning, coordination with partners, and procurement, ensuring the ESS supports mass care and response operations.

Formación

Experience in logistics planning, coordination, and procurement.
Ability to manage contracts, vendor relationships, and budgets.
Experience training staff and performing data analysis to inform decisions.

Responsabilidades

Support development and enhancement of the City's emergency logistics programs.
Manage the Emergency Supply Stockpile, including rotation and procurement.
Coordinate with internal/external partners on resource requests and site visits.
Draft scopes of work and contract documents for logistics projects.
Track invoices, deliveries, and Bills of Lading; monitor budgets and spend.
Provide staff training on logistics programs and procedures.
