Job summary

AC Disaster Consulting seeks a Logistics Section Chief to lead incident logistics, coordinating facilities, services, and material in support of the Incident Action Plan. The role involves supervising branches, directing a field-wide logistics response, and working with state/federal partners to ensure rapid, compliant operations onsite at CO EOC locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency management, proven leadership, and proficiency with Excel and Web EOC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SLRC to prioritize support requirements and provide mission guidance.
• Collaborate with ESF-6 and NGOs to deploy field kitchens and cantinas.
• Secure land/buildings for staging areas and bases via lease/MOA.
• Procure food, water, and ice in coordination with ESF-11.
• Support Logistics Staging Area operations with National Guard.
• Assist on contract scope of work and timeline.
• Attend client meetings and maintain policy compliance.
• Provide resources support and communicate logistical changes.
