Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent to 5+ years in IT disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows software, basic networking, and hardware repair.
• Experience with budgeting, quotes, and procurement processes.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and disasters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24-hour operational readiness for OEM ITS needs.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computers, printers, servers, and software.
• Provide on-site customer support and troubleshoot hardware/software.
• Oversee ITS needs for new projects and renovations.
• Prepare reports and justify budgetary requests.
