Job summary

Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County is seeking a Coordinated Entry Data & Systems Specialist to ensure accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of CE data and processes within Nashville's homelessness response system. You will maintain records, track referrals, monitor workflow, and support community-wide coordination to improve access to housing.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient with HMIS and Microsoft Office; a bachelor’s degree in Social Work,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience with Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) preferred.
• Strong data management and quality assurance skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CE processes in alignment with HUD requirements and local policies.
• Complete accurate and timely data entry in HMIS and support By-Name List.
• Track referrals, monitor workflows, and provide system-wide data support.
• Assist with CE assessments and connect individuals to housing resources.
• Represent CE in community meetings and provide technical assistance to partner agencies.
