The position requires RN licensure and nursing leadership experience, with preferred ANM background. The unit emphasizes quality care, collaboration, and adherence to department goals.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years nursing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Prior ANM/administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance.
• Ensures group productivity aligns with department goals.
• May participate in staffing, budgeting and payroll processes.
• Oversees patient care per planned interventions and documentation.
• Leads and coordinates staff communications, huddles and meetings.
