Animal Clinic East in Washington is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role you will manage appointments and daily patient flow, multi-line phones and in-person interactions, and help clients understand our services.

We offer a full-time position with a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, a competitive hourly pay of $17.75-$18.50, and a benefits package including health, life, disability, EAP, 401k

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficient with multi-line phones and in-person client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate service during routine and emotional moments.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and serve as the welcoming face of the clinic.
• Manage appointments and daily patient flow, coordinating calendars.
• Answer multi-line phone system and assist clients in-person.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
