Qualifications

• 1 year Dispatch Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches security personnel to scenes and documents service requests in the CAD system.
• Receives calls via radio or phone and follows protocols for emergency response.
• Transmits accurate information to personnel and monitors alarm systems for prompt action.
• Maintains records of events and ensures proper escalation as needed.
