Advocate Health in Mint Hill, NC seeks a vigilant Security Dispatcher to manage inbound calls, coordinate security response, and document events in our CAD system. You will monitor alarms, dispatch police or fire as required, and ensure rapid, accurate information flow to responders.

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year Dispatch Center experience preferred.
• APCO Certification preferred.
• Must be able to speak clearly and concisely.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatches Security personnel to scenes as requested.
• Documents requests for service and events in Security Communications database (CAD).
• Receives calls via radio channels or phone and follows all protocols.
• Transmits accurate information to personnel and prioritizes emergency calls.
• Documents emergencies in Security Communications database.
• Monitors alarm panels and ensures prompt response to incidents; returns systems to normal operation.
