Dry Force Corp. in Irving, TX is seeking a dedicated In-house Dispatch Specialist to coordinate emergency water damage response services. You will work with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal staff to ensure fast, accurate dispatch and clear communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a call center or direct customer service environment preferred.
• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line phone system in our corporate office.
• Dispatch technicians and project managers in real time based on availability and proximity.
• Provide empathetic and clear instructions to customers awaiting service.
• Monitor active jobs and provide customers with updates.
• Accurately input and retrieve data across multiple software platforms.
• Forward non-emergency requests to the appropriate departments.
• Act as a calm, supportive liaison during often stressful situations for our clients.
