Dry Force Corp is seeking an In-house Dispatch Specialist in Irving, TX to coordinate emergency water damage response services. You will work with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and staff to ensure timely dispatch and clear communication during high-pressure situations.

The role emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and teamwork within a fast-growing restoration company. A strong ability to learn systems and manage data across platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a call center or direct customer service environment preferred.
• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clear criminal background and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexibility in working varied shifts, including holidays and surge periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line phone system for the corporate office.
• Dispatch technicians and project managers in real time based on availability and proximity.
• Provide empathetic and clear instructions to customers awaiting service.
• Monitor active jobs and provide customers with updates.
• Accurately input and retrieve data across multiple software platforms.
• Forward non-emergency requests to appropriate departments.
• Act as a calm, supportive liaison during stressful situations for clients.
