Job summary

Dry Force Corp in Irving, TX is hiring an In-House Dispatch Specialist to coordinate emergency water damage response services. You will work closely with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal staff to ensure rapid, accurate dispatch and clear service updates.

The role requires attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple software platforms while maintaining a calm, helpful demeanor for clients during stressful situations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a call center or direct customer service environment preferred.
• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clear criminal background and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexibility in working varied shifts, including holidays and surge periods.

We are seeking driven, service-minded professionals with emergency-services experience to contribute to a fast-growing and highly respected company. As a Dispatch Specialist, you will work directly with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal staff to coordinate emergency water damage response services. You'll be joining a high-performing, close-knit team that values professionalism, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose.

Working Schedule Highlights

• Flexible Workweek: Must be available to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). In return, you receive two consecutive days off weekly.
• Shifts vary between 7:00 AM and 10:30 PM, including:
  • Examples: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 1:30 PM–10:30 PM, etc.
  • No fixed recurring schedule; shift times vary based on company needs and team availability.
• Surge Periods: During high-demand times, dispatchers may work 10-hour shifts and are eligible for up to 10 hours of overtime per week.
