Dry Force is seeking a Dispatch Specialist to coordinate emergency water damage response services. You will work with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal staff to ensure timely, accurate dispatching and clear updates during high-pressure situations.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in dispatch or call-center roles, strong communication, and reliable transportation. This on-site role offers a fast-paced environment with weekend shifts and competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a call center or direct customer service environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clear criminal background and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and surge periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line phone system in the corporate office.
• Dispatch technicians and project managers in real time based on availability and proximity.
• Provide empathetic and clear instructions to customers awaiting service.
• Monitor active jobs and provide customers with updates.
• Accurately input and retrieve data across multiple software platforms.
• Forward non-emergency requests to the appropriate departments.
• Act as a calm, supportive liaison during stressful situations for clients.
