Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services.
• Assign and route transportation requests and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of paperwork prior to shift end.
• Perform data entry and state run report entry as assigned.
• Generate applicable reports and verify data accuracy.
• Locate incident scenes and determine safest/fastest routes using locator aids.
• Relay instructions from supervisors and maintain knowledge of company policies.
