Job summary

Infinity is seeking an Account Executive to join its inbound customer service team. You’ll be the first point of contact for consumers, haulers, and fleet businesses needing emergency roadside assistance.

Strong communication and empathy help you guide customers through urgent situations with calm and clarity. You will dispatch service providers, manage real-time updates, and maintain accurate documentation across multiple platforms, thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Onsite technical assessment is required.

Responsibilities

• Be a compassionate communicator—listen actively and guide customers through emergencies.
• Coordinate roadside help—dispatch service providers quickly and accurately.
