Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years RN experience in ED, 2 years of leadership, an unrestricted RN license, ACLS and PALS/ENPC, with ADN or BSN. This exempt full-time role focuses on staffing, training, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• RN license required and in-state practice.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience in the ED or FED.
• Minimum 2 years of management or charge nurse experience in the ED.
• ACLS, PALS or ENPC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-physician clinical staff with the Program Director and Hospital Partner.
• Recruit and onboard clinical staff in coordination with the Hospital.
• Provide initial and ongoing training for clinical staff.
• Schedule clinical staff and manage evaluations per hospital timelines.
• Support patient satisfaction and service quality through sound clinical practices.
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare quarterly performance reports for site leadership.
• Serve as a cultural champion for non-physician staff.
