Job summary

Intuitive Health is partnering with UNC Health to operate combined ER and urgent care facilities in North Carolina. The Clinical Manager will lead non-physician clinical staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive efficient operations in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires an RN license with at least five years of nursing experience and at least two years in ED leadership, ACLS and PALS/ENPC certifications, and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management or charge nurse experience in the ED.
• Unrestricted registered nursing license.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS or ENPC certification.
• ADN or BSN required; BSN strongly preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Ability to work cross-organizationally.
• Self-driven with initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-physician clinical staff with the Program Director and Hospital Partner.
• Recruit and onboard clinical staff in coordination with hospital leadership.
• Provide initial and ongoing training for clinical staff.
• Participate in community outreach and scheduling of staff.
• Assist with staff evaluations and performance processes.
• Support patient satisfaction and clinical quality initiatives.
