Job summary

Intuitive Health partners with UNC Health to operate combined ER and urgent care facilities in North Carolina. We seek an Clinical Manager to lead non-physician clinical staff, steer operations with the Program Director and Hospital Partner, and ensure top-tier patient service and clinical practices.

The role requires 5+ years of RN experience in the ED, 2 years in management or charge nurse positions, an active RN license, and ADN/BSN with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with 5+ years in the Emergency Department or FED.
• 2 years of formal or informal nursing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Management of the non-physician clinical staff in concurrence with the Program Director and Hospital Leadership.
• Recruit and onboard clinical staff in coordination with the Hospital.
• Provide initial and ongoing training for clinical staff.
• Coordinate with Hospital and leadership to implement quality assurance and performance improvement.
• Provide quarterly reporting on performance measures relevant to the site.
• Serve as cultural champion for non-physician clinical employees.
• Ensure compliance with Hospital policies, regulatory, licensing and accreditation requirements.
