Job summary

Intuitive Health is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the non-physician clinical staff, collaborate with the Program Director and Hospital Partner, and ensure excellent patient service through sound clinical practices.

The role requires 5+ years as a nurse and 2+ years in management within an ED, with active RN licensure, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications. BSN is strongly preferred and a sign-on bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management or charge nurse experience within the emergency department.
• Unrestricted registered nursing license.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS or ENPC certification.
• ADN or BSN required; BSN strongly preferred (mandatory with some hospital partners).
• Active RN license in the state of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-physician clinical staff in collaboration with Program Director and Hospital Partner.
• Recruit and onboard clinical staff in coordination with Hospital.
• Provide initial and ongoing training for clinical staff.
• Participate in community outreach with Intuitive and Hospital leadership.
• Schedule clinical staff and manage evaluations per Hospital’s timeline and tools.
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives through leadership resources.
