Job summary

The position requires current NC RN licensure, a Bachelor's in Nursing (MS preferred), and 3–5 years ED nursing with 1–3 years of leadership experience. Onsite work in Lenoir, NC with 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; MS preferred for leadership roles.
• 3–5 years Emergency Department nursing experience; 1–3 years leadership experience.
• RN license in NC; certification in field of expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage staff, resources, and patient care in the CCU.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Serve as a working manager performing RN duties in the CCU when needed.
