Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to join the W.E.S.T. Float Pool. You will provide expert, compassionate care across the WellStar network during evening shifts and travel between facilities as needed.

Minimum 2+ years of ED experience and an active GA RN license are required. BLS/ACLS/PALS are required; TNCC/ATCN are preferred. BSN is preferred. Join our integrated Georgia health system delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of direct ED RN experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license (Georgia or Compact) required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required; TNCC/ATCN preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong documentation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care: assessment, triage, intervention, evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Respond to codes and critical events promptly.
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge.
• Maintain accurate documentation per WellStar standards.
