Job summary

Berkshire Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Resource Supervisor for the Emergency Department. This leadership role focuses on improving patient flow, staffing, and care quality across shifts, with direct involvement in staff mentoring and bedside leadership.

The CRS works closely with the Administrative Director to uphold high standards of patient care, staff engagement, and operational excellence in a dynamic ED environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of Emergency nursing experience.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Leadership experience required.
• Experience with electronic medical record and clinical documentation systems required.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time leadership across shifts to optimize patient flow and staffing.
• Mentor nurses at the bedside and engage staff to improve patient experience.
• Collaborate with Administrative Director to ensure high standards of care and operational excellence.
