Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a clinically skilled RN to lead an Emergency Department unit under the director's supervision. This role combines direct patient care with coordinating interdisciplinary teamwork, patient flow, and staffing decisions to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Nursing, 3-5 years of ED experience, and MA RN licensure. BSN is preferred. Employment is staff, ongoing, 36 hours/week with 12-hour evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree in Nursing
• Experience: 3-5 years of Emergency Department Nursing experience
• Licsensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts

Responsabilités

• Lead unit operations under director to ensure quality patient care
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and patient flow
• Coordinate shift staffing and monitor resource utilization
• Support staff development and performance evaluation
