Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
• 3 to 5 years Emergency department experience required as well as Triage and Charge capabilities.
• Nursing Registration in Massachusetts, BLS, ACLS, TNCC and ENPC or PALS Required

Responsibilities

• Interpret and supervise staff to support the delivery of nursing practice and hospital policies.
• Support Department of Nursing policies/procedures and hospital procedures.
• Focus on patient movement and throughput while prioritizing patient and staff experience.
