Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical emergency nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow in the Emergency Department.
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based practice, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor patient acuity and department volume to maintain optimal patient flow.
• Support rapid clinical decision making during critical events (trauma activations, codes, disaster response).
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and coordination of staffing needs; manage daily staffing assignments.
