Job summary

Strategis Consulting seeks an RN Clinical Resource Leader to provide clinical leadership in the Emergency Room, coordinating patient care and supporting nursing staff. The role mentors, educates, and serves as a role model while delivering direct patient care as needed.

Responsibilities include staff coordination, clinical operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations; strong assessment, judgment, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced ER setting.

Qualifications

• Must have GA RN license and certifications (BLS, PALS, ACLS within 30 days).
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Critical care and recent cardiac/stroke care experience desirable.
• Ability to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate ER operations with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate functions and activities of nurses and healthcare professionals during shifts.
• Mentor staff, support education, and conduct competency validation.
• Lead daily rounding, shift huddles, and ensure safe, efficient patient flow.
• Collaborate with physicians, labs, therapy, and other departments.
• Support compliance with policies, standards, and quality initiatives.
