Job summary

Overlake is opening a brand new Off-Campus Emergency Department in Lynnwood, offering 24/7 ED-level care in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. The ED Tech role provides direct patient care under supervision, performs point-of-care testing, draws blood, and transports specimens as needed.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, CPR, and active NAC/NAR or MA-P licensure within 90 days. Prior health-care experience and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred; English communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Health Care Provider CPR certification required on hire.
• Requires NAC or NAR or MA-P licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year recent health care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EKG; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Perform waived and moderately complex point-of-care testing.
• Obtain blood samples and transport to the lab.
• Handle hospital equipment and maintain records.
• Communicate clearly in English with patients and team.
