Job summary

Banner Health is opening a new freestanding Emergency Department in Buckeye, AZ. We are seeking experienced ED RNs to join the founding team, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced setting. A minimum of three years of ED RN experience is required, along with current RN licensure and BLS.

Night shifts offer an 18% premium and weekend shifts a $3/hour differential. The Buckeye location will operate as a state-of-the-art 14,500 sq ft ED with close partnership to Banner

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of ED RN experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care in the ED.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Document care accurately and timely in the patient record.
