Job summary

HonorHealth's Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for full-time evenings (1500-0330). You will administer medications, monitor patient status, manage IV lines, and collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.

A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered for qualified ER RNs with prior ED experience. The ideal candidate holds a BSN or will complete one within 60 months (or has 5+ years RN experience) and meets AZ RN licensure

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• All Diploma and ADN hires must Complete a BSN within 60 months of hire OR have 5 or more years of Registered Nurse experience at the time of hire.
• Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing; stroke care education requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• The RN's practice follows ANA standards and ethics; records patient histories and administers treatment and medications.
• Establishes and contributes to care plans; manages IVs and monitors patient status.
• Educates patients and families on post-treatment care and self-management; collaborates with physicians.
