Job summary

Banner Health is recruiting experienced emergency department registered nurses to join the founding team for a new, state-of-the-art ED in Buckeye, AZ.

Openings include Full Time Days and Part Time Night shifts; the role emphasizes compassionate, people-centered care and collaboration with Banner Estrella Medical Center.

This 14,500 sq ft facility will offer 14 exam spaces, dedicated trauma/treatment room, and integrated diagnostic services; prior ED experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and planning based on assessment data.
• Formulate and implement plan of care including discharge planning.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the health care team.
• Document care and communicate with the physician and care team.
• Promote continuity of care and evidence-based practice.
