Job summary

Mercy Health in Springfield Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment. You will assess patient status, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interprofessional team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications preferred or required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced, high-intensity setting
• Evaluate and revise the plan of care to achieve outcomes
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination
• Administer medications safely in line with policies and procedures
• Participate in developing patient care plans to improve outcomes
