Job summary

Mercy Health’s Urbana Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The RN will assess patient status, determine priorities, implement nursing interventions, and coordinate care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to assess patient status.
• Ability to determine priority of patient problems and plan care.
• Capable of implementing clinical nursing interventions and coordinating with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and revise care plans to meet outcomes.
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination.
