Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is hiring an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced ED. The role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, patient assessment, prioritization of needs, and development of care plans to improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold an Accredited RN degree (associates or BSN) and state RN licensure, with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications or the ability to obtain them within required timeframes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• ACLS and PALS certification required or to be obtained within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced, high-intensity setting.
• Update and revise care plans to meet outcomes.
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination.
• Administer medications safely according to policies.
