Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, provide and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Coordinate patient care activities with other hospital and clinic departments and community agencies.
• Accurately document in the EMR and follow policy and procedures.
• Provide and address patient teaching needs and participate in quality assurance activities.
