• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using multi-system evaluation and develop care plans.
• Plan and coordinate patient care across disciplines and discharge.
• Implement physician care plan and document in EMR.
• Evaluate patient response and participate in quality activities.
