Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment: perform multi-system assessments and discharge planning.
• Planning: develop individualized nursing care plans and educate patients.
• Implementation: follow physicians' plans, document in EMR, administer medications.
• Evaluation: assess outcomes and participate in unit quality assurance.
