Job summary
Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse Inpatient to provide comprehensive inpatient nursing care. The role requires a BSN, active Illinois RN license, and BLS certification, with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to coordinate care for acutely ill patients.

Qualifications
- BSN required.
- Current IL RN license is required.
- BLS required by American Heart Association.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills required.
- Analytic abilities are essential.
Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes data, identifies outcomes, plans care, coordinates delivery, and evaluates progress.
- Directs care and utilizes assistants appropriately.
- Collaborates with patient, family, physicians and staff; documents care plan and communications.
- Participates in governance, committees, and unit projects.
- Evaluates responses to nursing interventions and adjusts plans as needed.
