Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; BSN is preferred.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency department or critical care setting.
• Current MO RN license; BLS, ACLS, PALS; trauma certifications (TNCC, ATCN) required; ENPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients on arrival and prioritize care.
• Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and perform procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop care plans.
• Document care in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
