Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia, MO, is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced setting from triage to discharge.

The ED RN collaborates with physicians and staff, performs rapid assessments, administers medications, and supports patients and families. Applicants should have ADN or BSN, MO RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications; 1–2 years in ED or critical care preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in MO (unrestricted)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Trauma certifications (TNCC, ATCN) required
• ENPC certifications preferred

Responsabilités

• Assess and triage patients upon arrival and prioritize care
• Provide direct nursing care including medications and procedures
• Monitor and reassess patient conditions and adjust care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to develop care plans
• Document care in the EHR accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families about conditions and follow-up steps
• Assist with and perform emergency procedures as needed
• Maintain compliance with policies, infection control and safety protocols
