Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
• Currently licensed to practice as a professional Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri.
• BSN preferred.
• 1 year experience in Emergency Room or comparable area preferred.
• Knowledge of growth and development across life stages.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and provide nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Triage patients to determine priority of care.
• Communicate changes in patient status to ED provider.
• Assist with procedures such as conscious sedation and central lines.
• Document care plans and interventions per policy.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient flow.
