Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure in state of practice.
• ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
• Develops and executes a patient care plan as prescribed by physician or clinic policy.
• Documents care according to standards of care.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team to support the longitudinal plan of care.
• Participates in department performance improvement activities and peer review.
