Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio multi-state license, BLS certification, and a BSN (preferred within 5 years of employment).

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and revises plan of care with the team.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Operations - Focus on safety, quality and efficiency in job duties.
