Job summary

The role requires an active RN license (Ohio or multi-state), BLS certification, and a BSN with 5 years of employment. Shifts are variable, and the department operates 24/7/365 to support patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Ohio and/or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN degree required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Document nursing interventions and patient outcomes.
• Lead process improvements to support quality, safety and efficiency.
• Participate in 24/7/365 operations for the Emergency Department.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and department policies.
