Job Summary and Qualifications:

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and the care team. Using established nursing models, the RN advocates for patients and families, ensuring an exceptional patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

• Regularly assess and manage patient pain.
• Perform procedures and document care accurately and promptly.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes.

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license.
• Associate Degree required; BSN preferred (enrolled within 12 months, completed within 24 months).
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention or equivalent, obtained within specified timeframes.
